Weight lifting is a big part of becoming a better athlete and overall health is going to be asking some Tigers if weights have improved skills.
Alex Ibarra( Senior athlete ) “Weights have definitely improved my athletics and my ability to be more reactive on and off the field and court.”
Elliot McQuin (Sophomore athlete) “Yes, it makes little things like running down the court easier and it makes me use my body more.”
Ryker Marcum (Sophomore athlete) “Weights improved my skills and especially my vertical and after a workout it makes me feel a lot better.”
Overall weights should be a requirement if you want to improve your craft and be a better athlete. As my research concludes weights are a big factor to being better.
