Our school is invested in Future Farmer of America. Our officers take time and dedication to this and everything that it has to offer for them in the future, They offer support and leadership. Which is one of the main keys to being an FFA office is always willing to help those around you and those who struggle with their duties.
I interviewed Senior Officer FFA reporter Andrew Thurman.
Q How long have you been doing FFA?
A. “This would be my 6th year doing FFA.”
Q. What are your 3 top goals for your last year in FFA?
A.”To work on getting my American Degree and to raise another sloin for fair and to just have fun.”
Q. What is your proudest moment since you’ve been in FFA?
A. “Getting my state degree.”
Q. Do you have any advice for anyone who think/wants to join FFA?
A. “To just try it, it is really fun and you get to meet a whole bunch of new people who are just like you.”
Q. If you have somebody who is not really fulfilling their duty how would you help them?
A. “I would take time out of my day to go help them if they need help.”
Q. What is your biggest accomplishment as an FFA officer in your 6 years of doing FFA?
A. “Being able to lead other people in school and getting my state degree as a junior.”
