Stanfield Tigers played the Riverside Pirates September 26th. The final score was 14-40 in favor of Riverside.

This football game was rough. We tried our hardest, but it wasn’t enough in the end. It is not easy when you only have one sub the entire game. Noah Morton had two touchdowns. Jacob Crawford had 165 rushing yards, as Wyatt had 201 rushing yards. The stats are great to recognize, but the whole team working their hardest is what matters the most.

I do believe that even though we lost, we all tried our hardest. That’s all that matters in football, but winning also is fun. With limited numbers it’s a challenge, but the Tigers will finish to the end.
